Peak Fitness needed a structured social media video strategy and ongoing content production to convert their Instagram and TikTok presence into a measurable driver of gym membership sign-ups across six locations. The fitness brand content had to compete with high-production influencer accounts while maintaining community authenticity.
02 — Solution
We developed a 6-month social media content production calendar combining daily short-form fitness video — trainer spotlights, workout tutorials, member transformation Reels — with monthly campaign posts tied to seasonal membership offers. Platform-native editing styles were applied throughout: fast cuts and trending audio for TikTok, longer community storytelling for Instagram.
03 — Result
Instagram followers grew 40% over the campaign period and social media membership enquiries tripled, making digital the top-performing acquisition channel for the first time. TikTok content reached 380,000 organic impressions in the final quarter, with two Reels earning over 50,000 views each and triggering walk-in traffic spikes at individual gym locations.
